Hexametaphosphate
(2000)
Stephen Hart

Little Mikey dances feverishly to a gothic rendition of "The Wreckage Was Large" all the while handing out little capsules of hexametaphosphate (which, as we all know, is used as a sequestering, dispering, deflocculating agent, and as a coating agent to form a thin passivating film that protects metals from corrosion. So we all know it's yummy and good for us and is probably the leading cause of all of the talent that has poured out of Long Island in the past 50 years. It is also used in oil well drilling and cannot be purchased in the United States as a food product.)
